About this product
A power bar, not a multipurpose bar: 29mm shaft, aggressive knurl, centre knurl present, and a stiffness that does not whip on a heavy squat. 190 kPSI tensile steel with a 680 kg static rating, both of which are numbers rather than adjectives.
Bronze bushings rather than bearings — bushings spin slower, which is correct for pressing and pulling and wrong for Olympic lifting. Ironhaus makes a separate bar for that and says so on this page rather than selling one bar as both.
