Ten percent niacinamide with 1% zinc PCA in a glycerin and pentylene glycol base, buffered to pH 6.0 — which matters, because niacinamide hydrolyses to nicotinic acid at lower pH and nicotinic acid is what causes the flushing people blame on the niacinamide.
Airless pump rather than a dropper: no air ingress, no contamination from a pipette that has touched skin, and the last 2ml actually comes out. The full ingredient list is printed on the outer carton at the concentration used, not merely in descending order.
