Built for wet, technical ground rather than for groomed track. 5mm lugs at 60 shore A — soft enough to key into rock, hard enough to survive a road approach — with a full-length TPU rock plate under the forefoot.
The upper is knitted monofilament that drains rather than holds water, with a bonded TPU cage instead of stitched overlays. 4mm drop, 262 g in a UK 8. Not resoleable, and Rune says so on the page rather than letting the brand’s reputation imply otherwise.
