About this product
Mineral glass rather than polycarbonate: heavier, immeasurably more scratch resistant, and optically better at the edge of the lens where a moulded plastic lens distorts. Category 3 with 12% luminous transmittance and a polarisation efficiency above 99%, all three of which are printed on the case.
The frame is pressed from a single sheet of Mazzucchelli acetate, which means the pattern runs continuously across the front rather than being matched at the join. Five-barrel hinges, no spring, adjustable by any optician.

Sizing runs small
Sizing is at least a half size small compared with everything else I own from this category. Worth ordering up.
