About this product
Returned, tested on a bench, fitted with a new battery and graded. Grade A means no mark visible at arm’s length under office light — Northwind publishes the grading rubric rather than leaving the word to interpretation.
Security updates run to November 2031, which is four more years from now. A twelve-month warranty applies and is handled by Northwind, not by Halcyon.

Second one I have bought
Three months in and no change in how it performs. That is really the whole review — it has not developed a fault, a squeak or a loose part.

Genuinely well made
The reason I chose this over the cheaper option was the published measurement, and having compared the two side by side, the difference is real and worth the gap.
