About this product
Five layers: 18/10 stainless inside, then aluminium, then a copper layer, then aluminium again, then magnetic stainless outside. Total 2.6mm, and Ferro publishes the thickness of each layer — the industry habit of saying "multi-ply" without a number is how a 1.8mm pan gets sold beside a 3mm one.
A saucier rather than a saucepan: the curved wall has no corner for a whisk to miss, which is the reason anyone who makes sauces owns one. Flared rim pours without a dribble. Oven safe to 260°C, and the handle is welded rather than riveted so nothing catches food inside.
